ISP staff members had the opportunity to participate in a classic French cooking workshop last Saturday at the prestigious @lecordonbleuparis! Chef Philippe Clergue revealed his secrets during a demonstration of the menu and explained the techniques he used throughout the preparation. It was followed by a tasting and each participant was awarded a personalized Le Cordon Bleu Certificate of Participation.
